Terms and Conditions
You may choose either a one, two, or three month interest-free layaway. After your deposit, we will divide your balance into equal monthly payments.
Payments on layaways must be made at least once per month to keep your account active. You can make your payments personally in our store, by mail with a check or money order, or by phone with your credit card. We never record or disclose any personal credit card information. We then mail you a receipt showing the amount you paid and your current balance.
Sizing: We do not accept returns on jewelry that has been altered or sized. On layaways, we do not size rings until you have paid for at least one-half of the total purchase price.
Your jewelry will remain the property of Gallery of Diamonds until it is paid in full. As soon as you make your final payment, you may come to receive your merchandise. In lieu of losing a sale to another customer because of a cancelled or unpaid layaway, all layaways are subject to a non- refundable re-stocking fee equal to 10% of the total purchase price.
You will have to agree with the layaway terms and conditions before deposit. |
