Jewelry must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Custom designed or altered pieces are non-refundable.

You may trade in your diamond jewelry item for its full purchase price towards the purchase price of any piece of jewelry that is at least double the price you originally paid. This policy excludes trades of Why Mom Deserves a Diamond jewelry. Trade-in excludes sales tax and must be in original condition, except for normal wear. Custom and specially ordered trade-ins may vary considerably, and are applicable only to our regular prices.
